Seminar of the European Observation Network for Territorial Development and Cohesion (ESPON)

 The seminar is part of the European Territorial Observatory Network (ESPON) Programme, which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). It takes place twice a year in the country currently holding the rotating presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The ESPON Programme funds various research projects for the territorial development of Europe and its regions. At the seminar, members of the European expert community will have the possibility to inform themselves about the projects, to network and exchange views.

The 28 EU member states, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway participate in the ESPON Programme.
