Meeting of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) Working Group

The Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is the European quality management instrument for the public sector and contributes to good governance.

During the meetings that take place under the Austrian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, participants will work to finalise the new version (CAF 2020), which will put a stronger focus on topics of the future.

The priorities include sustainability (linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)), innovation, diversity, digitalisation (artificial intelligence) and agility. Compliance is another aspect that will be better factored in.
