Data Protection in the Area of Justice
The conference will
- analyse the new EU data protection scheme and its application in the area of justice;
- provide a platform for comparison of national rules and best practice in the Member States;
- facilitate contacts and exchange between national judges, staff of data protection authorities and justice administration as well as legal practitioners from various member states.
