72nd Meeting of the European Judicial Network (EJN) in civil and commercial matters
The EJN is a network of judges and other employees of the justice administration, which improves and facilitates the cooperation in civil and commercial matters between EU member states in general and also in some individual cross-border cases. For some years agents of freelance legal professions participate in the network as well. The members of the network are meeting five to six times every year for an intensive exchange of experience on the one hand and with the European Commission on the other hand. These meetings take place regularly in Brussels, but it is a well-established tradition, that the EU Council presidency invites for a meeting in its capital.
