Meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Scrutiny Group on Europol (JPSG)

Conference held within the scope of the Parliamentary Dimension of the presidency of the Council of the European Union

Established in 2017, the Joint Parliamentary Scrutiny Group monitors the activities of the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) and assists it in fulfilling its mission. To this end, meetings are convened twice a year under the co-presidency of the European Parliament. In the first semester of the year, the JPSG meets in the parliament of the member state holding the rotating presidency of the Council of the European Union. In the second semester of the year, the JPSG meets in the European Parliament in Brussels.
